Reporting Policy Violations

To report a listing, seller, or member for a policy violation, email support@buyhappythings.com with a description of the issue and a link to the relevant listing or profile. We investigate all reports.

  • Cases and disputes: we aim to open a formal Case within 1 business day and issue a decision within 5 business days of receiving submissions from both parties.
